Please follow these methods to help you connect your WiiM Mini to your Wi-Fi network.


Once you do that, please check the color of LED indicator on the top of the device. If the LED is solid white, it means your device is connected to the router. Also please make sure the Wi-Fi network of your smartphone is same as your device.


Try these methods:

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router.
  • Restart your WiiM Mini.
  • If you're using a VPN connection, please turn it off.
  • Please don't use a guest network, many guest networks will enable AP isolation that blocks the communication between your smartphone and WiiM Mini.
