1. WiiM Mini can't find my device


Restart your WiiM Mini

  • Turn off your device and turn it on again, wait for it to start up.
  • Wait until you hear the connected tone that the device is connected to the network.
  • Open WiiM Home App to check if it can find your devices.


Restart your router

  • Turn off your router and turn it on again, wait for it to be on.
  • Wait until you hear the connected tone that the device is connected to the network.
  • Open WiiM Home App to check if it can find your devices.


Restart Wi-Fi Settings of your mobile device

  • Turn off the Wi-Fi settings of your mobile device and turn it on again.
  • Ensure your mobile device is connected to your desired Wi-Fi network.
  • Open WiiM Home App to check if it can find your devices.


Ensure that the names of your multiple routers are different

  • The Wi-Fi network of your devices should be the same as your mobile device to work.
  • If you have multiple routers that have the same name. 
  • Please try to modify the names of these routers and make sure their names are different. Then wait for a while, open WiiM Home App to check if it can find your devices.


 


2. No sound coming from WiiM Mini

  • Plugin one audio receiver or speaker via AUX OUT or SPDIF port of your device.
  • Ensure your audio receiver or speaker is powered on.
  • Go to Device Settings -> Audio Settings -> Audio Output to choose the desired output
